Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, contact us at  hola@rootsandspirit.store  within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
